Sending money overseas is often slow, confusing and expensive. We spoke with frequent senders to learn what made them nervous about existing apps, and hidden fees and unclear exchange rates topped the list.
Those insights shaped every screen: show the total cost up front, confirm who is receiving the money, and keep people updated until it arrives.
